This is the ultimate tool for sanding long straight large surfaces while applying force !
The block features a lightweight yet truly flat and very strong aluminum profile with carbide sanding compound on both sides. One side features coarse grit, the other side features fine grit.
The carbide surface is almost indestructible as long as you don't try to sand steel, alloy, glass or stone with it!
It can be dry cleaned with a bronze brush when getting dirty.
The blocks are available as 51 mm height and the following lengths:
140 mm, best for shorts sections of flats surfaces like stabilizers of short wing panels, short panles flattening.
280 mm, best for flattening medium size wing surface, medium panels, straightening medium edges.
560 mm best for flattening large size wing surface, medium panels, straightening long edges.
840 mm best for flattening very large size wing surface, medium panels, straightening very long edges.
